I designed, developed sold and executed the Eco Sprint workshop model to help individuals and organizations integrate planetary solutions into their personal and business roadmaps.
At Planet Home, I developed and executed a comprehensive research strategy for engaging audiences in a Solutionism mindset - the understanding that our greatest planetary challenges can lead to new scalable solutions. The Planetary Services Taxonomy synthesizes environmental research into a framework for action. It remains the underlying structure for Planet Home’s large-scale events, environmental leadership conferences, innovation workshops, and media programs.
I developed a full taxonomy for Planetary Services. This taxonomy provides a framework for understanding the challenge Areas broken down into Sectors. Each Sector is supported by market Opportunities for business and impact. Each Opportunity has a set of Indicators (KPIs ) - what good looks like - for large-scale planetary health.
This is a rich and researched taxonomy that presents planetary challenges as scalable opportunities. Opportunities for economic growth, systemic change, and long-term sustainable impact.
During the 2018 Global Climate Action Summit in San Francisco I ran an Eco Sprint innovation workshop to activate a diverse range of Solutionists to take action for climate.
